General

Any order accepted by Ansutek Technologies Limited or its subsidiaries (hereinafter called “the Company”) shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions. No variation or modification of, or substitution for these terms and conditions (even if included in, or referred to in, the document placing the order) shall be binding on the Company, unless previously and specifically accepted by the Company in writing. The Company reserves the right to change these terms of trade without prior notice.

Shipping

How long until my order is delivered?
For in stock items, your order should arrive within 2 - 5 business days.

If the item is not in stock, we will advise you by email how long the item will take to deliver (at which time you may cancel the order without penalty).

We might send your order in one or more deliveries. If you want to return anything please see the Returns section.

We quote expected delivery times in good faith but these are estimates and we are not bound by them.

If we agree to any other shipping method, e.g. Saturday delivery or urgent delivery then you will have to pay the additional delivery charge.

Our website cannot always calculate bulk freight for larger items. If there are problems or corrections that need to be made, we will contact you.

Courier waiver - if you have signed a courier waiver allowing for goods to be left at your property unsigned for, then we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.


Returns Policy

Goods will be accepted for return and credit within 1 (one) month following purchase, providing that:

  • An Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) Request Form has been completed and accepted by The Company
  • Prior arrangement has been made with the Company for the return of goods. All goods returned to the Company for credit must have an authorized / signed RMA the customer’s account name, and the packing slip or invoice number provided with the returned goods.
  • The goods are returned unused, resaleable and/or in the condition you received them in.
  • A handling charge of 20% may be applied to goods returned where the Company is not responsible for wrongful supply.
  • An invoice for any specially purchased, or manufactured products, will be “Non-refundable” and will not be accepted for return and credit.
  • All equipment with a value over NZD$5,000.00 are non refundable
